Awning Maintenance:
Maintaining the health of your awning is essential! An annual check-up is recommended to ensure your awning stays in top condition and lasts for many years. Taking the time to assess for any wear and tear or damage will help you avoid costly repairs in the future. Plus, it will help protect your home from the elements and keep your outdoor space looking fabulous all year round.
Protect Your Investment
Proper and regular maintenance of your awning ensures your product stays in top shape and functions for years to come. Taking care of your awning should become a recurring event on your annual calendar.
Why Do I Need an Annual Awning Maintenance?
All awnings will undergo a normal wear and tear at some point. As there are many moving parts, motorized elements, pulleys, etc., it is recommended that a regular maintenance including lubrication, battery replacement (for sensors and remotes), checking limits is performed by a professional. In addition, small particles from the wind can cut the awning fabric, waterfront houses may accumulate salty residue and rain can cause leaves and other debris to stick to your awning. The weather and nature will cause your awning to age much faster without proper care.
