3-Season Sunroom
Our 3-season sunroom is the ideal way to extend your enjoyment of your outdoor space through spring, summer, and into autumn. Built on heavy-duty extruded aluminum framework with a powder coat finish, these rooms are maintenance free and designed to last. Easy to operate sliding windows with screens let you control ventilation and keep insects out, while floor-to-ceiling safety glass fills the space with light. An insulated roof makes the room comfortable on sunny days and gives the room a clean, finished look in either a classic or contemporary style.
Optional skylights are available to bring even more natural light into the space, and the entire roof system can be built with high-strength safety glass if you prefer a fully transparent overhead view.
4-Season Insulated Sunroom
For those who want a true year-round room, our insulated 4-season sunroom is built to a higher thermal performance standard. The framework uses 3.5" x 3.5" thermally broken, urethane foam-filled extruded aluminum tubes, paired with 3" insulated wall panels. Windows are PVC, available in dual or triple glazing with Low E and Argon options, and the fully insulated roof system keeps the space comfortable regardless of what Vancouver Island's weather is doing outside. Garden doors and sliding patio doors are both available. This is a room you can use every day of the year.
