Return Policy

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item. We accept returns for defective products only. You may return items in-store or follow the online return procedure outlined below. We do not accept exchanges.

For online orders, refunds will be processed within four weeks of receiving the returned item to account for transit and processing time. Pacific Awnings will cover shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Please Note: Shipping delays do not qualify as a reason for covered shipping or returns.

If you are unable to return an item in-store, please email info@pacificawnings.ca with “Return” and your order number in the subject line. We will provide a courier pick-up slip for the item. Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges.

Custom Products

Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
